Nick Fury: White or Black? Which one?

Ok, my friend and I've been argued about Nick Fury being black guy. I have explained to him that Nick Fury being black is part of Ultimates. He refused to accept and he actually prefer the original one.

Also, my other friend thinks Black Nick Fury is badass and I agree with him.

So which one is better? White or black?

Ultimate Nick Fury, by far.

OG Fury is decent, and in the hands of a good writer can be a pretty awesome character, but Ultimate Nick Fury is a hard ass, not to mention he's modeled after Samuel Jackson, easily one of the coolest people in existence.

Although I prefer the original Nick Fury in the comics, I absolutely love the idea of Sam Jackson playing him (especially since Ultimate Nick Fury was modeled after him, anyway) in the Marvle Movie Universe :buttrock:

The character as-is in the Ultimate comicbook universe is absolutely nothing compared to Jack Kirby's original creation.

However, outside of the confines of the comics (and Mark Millar) I'd be willing to see what they did with him in these movies.

Still I really hope people don't start getting really dismissive of the Kirby Nick Fury just because he's not friggin Samuel L. Jackson.

i absolutely agree with your statement. i think for the ironman film, it'll better. it'll make the film more interesting to see
