sigh niners came this close...I suppose my hometown will have to wait until next year for the niners to go to the superbowl

I have to apologize...earlier I responded to a person about the "Giants" being in the playoffs.

Speaking as one who is apparently the only NY fan here, I gotta say I am kinda excited for the Rematch (and lets face it, the NFL was probably hoping for it too, since they can hype the HELL out of it).

I'm kind of amazed they made it too, given how tense the game against the 49ers was. I was pretty sure the Giants were going to lose it but fate apparently decided both games would be decided by a field goal.

We were just lucky to be the one with a kicker that DIDN'T choke.

It's been days since the OT loss but I have moved on from it. I still think the 49ers should've won that game but it's alright. Losing a game always shows you the errors of the team and that showed the 49ers lacked play-making WRs. That's about the only thing they need to get this off-season. Well, they also need to fix their 3rd down conversions too but the Defense was pretty legit. I haven't heard any negative comments about the defense all season so they have made me very proud. I really don't care about the Super Bowl in two weeks so I will try to avoid it.

Imagine, if the Patriots win, that means Tom Brady and Bill Belichick will win their 4th SB. That will tie Brady with Montana and Terry Bradshaw. Am I okay with Brady tying up with Montana? I don't know. Then if the Giants win, that means Eli will have two Super Bowl wins which is one more than his brother Peyton and Peyton is one of the best QBs of all-time. Either solution sucks. Lol...

I'm kinda excited for the rematch as well. Not a fan of either team, but I thought that Super Bowl between the Giants and the Pats was great. I still remember that catch... Plus I want the Giants to win. I can't stand the Patriots whatsoever.

In related news,I didn`t see it,but I just read about it on Yahoo....Madonna`s sidekick made a lewd gesture,supposedly by accident,during the halftime show.
