Didn't see the Niners/Packers game because I was working. Hope to catch the replay or when a certain someone uploads the game on Facebook. Anyways, I'm glad we got the win over the Packers. The media were all of a sudden on the Packers side and it was pissing me off. They didn't have faith in us just like last year's game against the Saints. Glad we got everyone talking. Kaepernick's performance will go down as one of the best of all-time. He really impressed me and really got me saying, "Wow that's something Alex Smith can't do for sure." Glad Crabtree continues to put up great numbers too. Defenses are going to have to double him eventually and then that should free up Vernon Davis. I know a lot of peeps wanted us to play the Seahawks again, but I'm glad we aren't. They are a scary team and do pose a challenge to us. I rather us play the Falcons so we can get to the Super Bowl.

49ers/Falcons "LIKES"
-Vernon Davis is back baby! It was about time he came through with another big game. I was waiting for it and glad he was making plays. Should've put him on my Playoff Fantasy roster for this week though. Lol...
-"The Inconvenient Truth" Frank Gore continues to show the world how important it is to have a RB who can actually run and keep drives going. I'm so glad he's on our team. He's definitely one of my favorite 49ers of all-time. Great Mike Nolan draft pick.
-Our O-Line has continued to protect Kaepernick since the QB switch. I really wonder if it's because of Kaep's ability to avoid sacks or just Alex constantly letting himself get sacked. Weird.
-Kaep had another decent game. We were all waiting for an encore performance but of course, the Falcons weren't letting that happen. It's okay.
-Our defense in the second half. They pitched a shutout and really came through with the those turnovers. Without those turnovers, the Falcons could've kept scoring.
"DISLIKES"
-David Akers. Enough said. He's done after the Super Bowl.
-Crabtree was kinda shut down in this game. Sucked that he fumble at the 1-yard line too. He hardly ever turns the ball over.
-Chad Hall? You serious? I thought that was Brett Swain out there. Lol...
That's about it. I would like to thank Mike Nolan for building this team from the ground up. A lot of his draft picks/free agents have worked out well for the team and now he has to see them go to the Super Bowl without him. Very sad but that's the game of football. At least he contributed more for this team than Mike Singletary.

The day after and I'm still not over the loss. Well, I'm moving on with my everyday life but it just sucks to see your favorite team lose when they only needed 5 more yards. But then again, they got outplayed big time by the Ravens in the first half. That kinda showed that they didn't had what it took to win the game. Who knows if that blackout helped the Niners out or not. It did shifted momentum away. In all, it was a fun game to watch and it's going to be a long 6 months until we see NFL action again.
