Yes, it may fix the bugs. I don't think patch is meant to introduce any new mods and the upgrades. Those are called upgrade so not like it does anything difference here. Just fixes issues.

I believe that when trying to fix a bug or an issue with a patch, it makes way for a particular feature that was limited before as a result of the bug to be well explored after the bug fixing. So, it's some how an upgrade as well.

I don't think the game has many bugs at this point. This is mostly a new content patch, made to retain players.

I seriously hope that doesn't happen because it's definitely going to get lots of fans with a bizarre feeling, personally I wouldn't feel at ease should such a thing happen.

Sure, it's not happening because it would be a huge disappointment to the community. When they give those deadlines, I suppose they count already with testing period.

Patch 4.3 has to be one of the best updates of Final Fantasy XIV that I've seen in a while. The side quests alone are enough to get you excited.

That's the thing @Hova, we have a FF game, it's already great, but patching it gives it another dimension and makes me go back and play it again, so it ends up being more or less like a new game.
