New Red 360 Controllers!

I guess it all depends what you're used to in the end. Aside from replacing the old black and white's with additional shoulder triggers, the 360 controller doesn't feel that much different in my hand than the original controllers did. I prefer the PS dpad, but also prefer the placement for the analogue stick/Dpad, it just feels more natural to me.

I hear terrible horror stories about the 360 Dpad. It's never been much an issue for me sicne I don't really play games that use it.

The new 360 is waaay better than the original Xbox controller. That first one they put out was the worst abomination to controllers I've ever experienced. The S-controller... better, but felt a bit clunked.

Anyway.... friends over. Time for HALO!

Instead of changing the color, they need to change the D-Pad.

It's unbearable. Especially with certain fighting games.

really? I never had a problem with 360's Dpad. It's damn better than anyone else's with the huge exception of PS2 which will always be the king of Dpads. Now the original Xbox had a horrid Dpad. that thing just tore up my thumb

It's a bitch to play fighting games with. The base of the D-Pad is what really makes it a pain in the ass.

Hell, I'd uses the SNES D-Pad over 360's anyday.

Since complaints have been circulating, Microsoft is apparently releasing a newer controller, with a better D-Pad. But it's limited to Europe and Latin America.

I cannot live without rumble. I remember playing a PS3 for the first time and I couldn't quite place what the hell was missing 'til about a week later.

Playing without rumble just feels...... off.

That and the triggers on the DS3 slope inwards. Really uncomfortable when you're trying to get your shoot on and your fingers slip down and off the trigs.

The Sixasis dose that too, but you get use to it after awhile.

It does...... now. I'm messin' around tho. I don't really care. Just givin' **** back to those that were raggin' on the new controller. ;)
