Need advice on romantic problem

I have a romantic problem and I need some advice...

Basically, I've fallen in love [not heads over heels or over the top in love] with this girl who I've known for quite a while on Facebook.

We have a lot in common, she's a really cool person and we always have fun when chatting online.

The only problem is that she already has a boyfriend even though they're having their ups and downs, relationship-wise...

I'm not the type of guy who'd steal another guy's girl even if said girl was a hot babe as it just makes the guys concerned look bad at the end of the day, and besides I'd rather be with a girl who's single already instead.

I've never had much luck with the opposite sex and I'm definitely not going to go all out and confess my feelings towards her as I'd rather be her friend than act like a idiot towards but I don't know what my next course of action should be...

Yeah, I had the same problem over the summer. Right now, you have to just let her know. She might not feel the same way but It's better that you got an answer instead of putting it off and one day wishing you did say something.
