NBA 2014-2015 Season Discussion Thread

Guess who's 3-1? Oh yeah, the Sacramento Kings! I know there's still 78 games left in the season but this is encouraging to see. I was not in favor of the Darren Collison signing (since he flopped as a starter in Dallas) but it looks like he is jelling well with Cousins and Gay. He's not ball hogging like Isaiah Thomas and he's still able to produce as a starter. Good stuff. Hope this keeps up! :castlerock:

Kevin Durant quit Team USA because Paul George got injured? Also, I don't think Sacramento would defeat Heat. It's either Charlotte or Timberwolves that might dethrone Miami's undefeated streak this season.

I was right and wrong. Charlotte beats Miami Heat but Houston did it first. As for Cavs, it's not looking good with Lebron around with 1 win and 3 losses. For the record, both Dallas and Clippers get 3-1 as well.

I am not used to seeing the Kings whoop their opponents and still maintain the lead or extend it. They used to relinquish the lead like nothing. I remember seeing that happen a lot last year, the year before and the year before that. This is actually pretty cool to see the team beasting! Cousins was dominating the Nuggets like they were his dinner. He could've had a career night had he not get into foul trouble and if the game wasn't a blowout. Loving this! Next game is against Isaiah Thomas and the Suns.

The Cavs were only able to muster 6 assists as a team in a defeat to the Utah Jazz because of a sick buzzer beater by Gordon Hayward. I did not think it was possible to only get 6 assists as a team in a game. But the Cavs just shown to us that it is possible. This team is not off to a start they expect. Reminds me of the 2011 Heat.

The Warriors spanked the Clippers at home. It wasn't even close. This team is looking legit. That's all I got to say.

Man...if only the Clippers had been able to close out the Game vs. The Spurs that night. Clippers led for most of the night, but...Ugh. I know it's the almighty Spurs, but dang it...Clippers had so many open looks they passed on. They also let Kawhi Leonard get his way in those final 2 minutes.

EDIT: Rockets playing the Wolves in Mexico. Can we say that James Harden is still the 2nd best Shooting Guard behind Kobe Bryant?

Well, I'm hoping that the Bulls stay in first place in the Central division. Though, it may or may not stay that way due to the Cavs, but the Cavs now are the closest thing to a threat that the Bulls have in the Central.

I still miss the 2002 Team.:redface2:

I miss that team too. Sucks that the Kings have blown two straight 20+ point leads on the road. They have been balling and then Cousins gets into foul trouble and thats when the opposing teams start coming back. That last second shot from Courtney Lee was awesome and so fake.

Never expected the Grizzlies to end up being the top team of the Western Conference during this early part of the season. They shut down James Harden and the rest of the Rockets. The Cavs continue to lose these games they should win. You got to be kidding me here. It's the fricken Nuggets who have been getting whooped in every game and have now won two straight games. I'm sad that the Pelicans couldn't maintain their lead against the Blazers. Really thought they were going to win but the Blazers kept fighting back. Great game. Lastly, Pau Gasol was supposed to make his return to Los Angeles but he wasn't available (along with Rose) and the Bulls still managed to beat the Clippers. The Clippers are really looking like pretenders right now. Not sure how they are going to fix this.
