The Knicks' title window is basically 2-3 windows anyway...........since the core of Melo, Amare and Tyson Chandler still have 3 years left on their contracts.

Not to mention Kidd is brought in to also mentor Jeremy Lin, the same Jason Kidd that mentored Steve Nash 10 years ago when Nash was a 2nd yr NBA player off the bench in Phoenix and Kidd was an "on-the-rise" PG
