First round of questions is done... lining up the next guest who should be announced this week.

What'd you think? What went well? What could be improved?

That was definitely fun to read. It gave us an insight into the man behind the show. He really gave interesting answers. I think this went really well.

My only suggestion is the questions being asked. Seemed like there were a couple that asked almost the same thing. And there were some that were too detailed that even some of us who obsess over the show wouldnt know, much less Mr. Long, who hasn't worked on it in few years. But, that can't be helped, so other than that, I think this went well and am extremely interested in who's next.

Thanks, Mr. Long for answering our questions! That was really cool of you.

The thing I really don't quite get about this is why one thread for each question asked? Wouldn't it look better (meaning more organized) if there was one thread for the questions, and the answers could be done in the thread as well?

I think it works as it is. Means people who aren't interested in all of the questions can only pick the ones that they want to see the answers to.

Anyways, I don't really care about KRDK, but this was pretty cool. I can't wait to see who the next guest is. Whoever thought this idea up is a cool guy.

Well me, I had three questions to ask, and I put them all in one post. Also, anyone could have edited their post if they happened to have come up with more questions too.

Anyway, Nathan Long went into why footage of Kamen Rider Verde (Kamen Rider Camo) never got used. I now understand it, but it's too bad that they didn't like his final vent.

The idea they had for an Earth counterpart for Kamen Rider Siren was cool. I wonder how it would have been if we only saw the bad Earth counterpart, or saw the bad Earth counterpart and then saw more of Kase later, like we did Hunt, Chase, and Price after their bad Earth counterparts.

We got to know what became of Chris Ramirez at the end, but their reason for not going into detail about the other Earth riders, yeah, the most common excuse.

He had also said that if they adapt another Kamen Rider series, he'd like it to be one with fewer characters. I don't blame him.

I can't believe he doesn't seem to remember that the Ventaran Kamen Rider Axe was involved in the show a good number of times. I had asked if Hunt and Chase were brothers like Danny and Albert, and he answered: "As for the Ventaran Axe and Spear, since they did not appear in the show, I don't think we ever decided one way or the other.". So maybe they're not brothers, but it was the Ventaran Kamen Rider Spear that appeared in just one episode, while Hunt was involved in the final eight episodes except for the 37th episode, and the 40th through a flashback scene.

About the show itself, I'll also say that it's strange that the real Advent Master never demonstrated any vent abilities while Xaviax was able to do so when he disguised himself as Eubulon and was also able to change into the Advent Master.

I didn't submit any questions so I'm not sure how the process goes but I think they need to be moderated. Like, you submit a thread and it has to be reviewed and accepted before it's posted... cause a couple of those questions, yeesh. I felt bad for Long.

Also just out of curiosity, how is this going to be archived? I'd assume you'd merge all the threads into one and archive it that way? Cleaning up the forum for the next guest. That way the thread would go... question, answer, question, answer.. etc. As it should? Otherwise it's going to get really cluttered as we have more people dropping by.

With that said, I think it was a success. Interesting format I think works relatively well and Nathan seemed like a great sport about it. I look forward to more of this.

I liked it, my question about the famed unused Survive forms brought good insight in how limited the crew can be when it comes to budget and available footage.

Just because that idea existed doesn't mean it can be done without the means.

I look forward to the next guest.
