MySpace or Facebook?

I have Facebook. I did have MySpace before but got rid of my account there awhile ago.

I think that depends a lot on your friend communities. If you and your friends are constantly active and use the social networking sites as a place to share information, pictures and discussions, then I think it is better than a regular internet forum to keep and build on friendships.

A lot of people treat their facebooks or myspaces as a sort of pokemon game, bound and determined to amass the most amount of friends. In my view, that really isn't the point.

Better security, better profile management tools, vastly superior organization, a uniform layout schema - which means no irritatingly gaudy and loud profiles that suddenly start hogging your memory or blaring an irritating song, no 50 year old dudes posing as 15 year old girls who send "Ur hot! Friend Me!" messages out of the blue, no spam, much more elegant code, unobtrusive ads, and best of all... your mom! :thumbs:

I prefer myspace, but I don't do much on it. Just occasionally talk to people I don't get to see often.

Facebook, although the whole "Invite 20 Friends to use this Application!" thing's a pain in the neck.
