Okay we all know Kuuga's forms: Growing, Mighty, Dragon, Pegasus, Titan, the Rising forms of each, Amazing Mighty, and then Ultimate.
So I've never actually seen Kuuga, but the names of the forms seem to say that the Arcle is always growing and shifting.
Every ability the belt possess was spawned from necessity. Mighty can be seen as sorta a Rising Growing form needed for him to actually defeat the Grongi, same with Titan, Dragon, and Pegasus. The Rising forms are when Kuuga has to up the ante against the Grongi. Amazing Mighty is the same way. Ultimate is when it has to get worse, when things are going south and Kuuga pulls out all the stops. This is supposed to be the penultimate form the Arcle can attain.
So what is Rising Ultimate?
They naming convention of Kuuga, specifically the Rising aspect of it, indicates that Kuuga is "rising" to something, he's getting stronger and stronger, getting ready to obtain the "Ultimate" power. What does Rising Ultimate mean? That he's rising to obtain something higher than Ultimate? You can't just tag on "Rising" to the end of something because the series did. The series had a point it was making with the form names. Why not call it "Shin Ultimate" or something along those lines. It just bugs me...
