It's stupid that they changed her voice. How is Derpy any different from characters like Patrick from Spongebob or Grimlock from transformers?

I actually got into a small conversation over at DA about this same question (although he used Ed from Ed, Edd n' Eddy as an example and not Grimlock.)

My only guess is people were just less uptight back then. Everything has gotten so PC now a days and people can't get their heads out of goddamn asses.
