In Dino Thunder? Loath as I am to say it, it's probably Connor in Triassic/Battlized configuration. (Abaranger, of course, might have a lot more room for debate on power levels, but that's neither here nor that other place.)

Agreed and Conner sucked ass. I choose Tommy because he was powerful while he was fighting against Zeltrax.

Dino Thunder is NOT the best season ever. EVER!!
