History: Chou was the name of this person whom used to live in the harshness and forgotten lands of a destroyed country which is now gone and eliminated with the HRL. But before his name became Chou he was known as Enzo, a half European half Asian boy which lived in a caring family within the new formed lands of Namsai in Southeast Asia. As a country that was formed during the energy crisis, it became well know for its oil reserves within Asia, and a target for the bigger nations. But to the advantage of the bigger nations Namsai had internal corruption problems, and soon broke into a civil war between the military which favors religion over the king and the other faction being the Royalties and there noble forces. Enzo’s father even thought of European decent was part of the military and thus this automatically placed him on the Military side of the conflict, while his mother was very religion always saying that the side they took was the side of God. Enzo would not care for any of the situation he would go on living his everyday life within the confines of his manor, until the situation got out of hand and the military went on a full coup da tat. With this action it gave an excuse for the Chinese to act and invade the whole country, Enzo’s parents were killed in the initial invasion.
For the next three year, the remainder of the Namsai people would fight to regain their resources and independence back from the Chinese. Enzo being caught in between this and still believing in his parent, fought as a child against the Chinese, just like his people would say, “We fight for our god, to rid of these infidels” Eventually the resistance fell and the Chinese eventually won and the country’s name ceased to exist. But the few people that survived was placed in concentration camp where most met there end, Enzo’s name was taken away and he was given a new name Chou, noting more then a slave boy within one of these camps. Eventually it came close to his execution date, but Chou manages to escape only to end up in the desert. As he was about to give up he found himself passing out on what seem to be a statue hidden in the desert, but that wasn’t the case, he passed out on a foot of a mobile suit –Gundam- as he would come to know it. The Gundam was there to destroy the last concentration camp and end the nightmare of the little country that was no longer there. Chou was taken into the Celestial Beings he was easy to raised and train since, his mind was mostly blank due to torture and malnutrition during his campy years. Eventually he would forget his real origins, and past Going by a new given name of Shun Feng, he now works as a Gundam Meister for the Celestial Beings, vowing to there cause.
Shun is a very calculative fighter, often believing in numbers more then words his thinking is totally based on formulas and science. He often doesn’t believe in unnatural things like the paranormal and thinks of Religious as a way to brainwash people to do what the religious wants. Shan will only speak to the people he trust and for those he doesn’t he will ignore and only speak to them when necessary. Shan usually maintains a sorrowful face and can be very impulsive at time.

A student aspiring to become a nurse in one of Japan's best hospitals, Rika was about to enter college when all of a sudden, a war broke out between The Union and one of the smaller nations, prompting The Union to mandate a draft to gather up as much manpower as possible for the war. Unfortunately for Rika, she was one of those drafted for the war, thus crushing her chance to go to college to learn medicine. Instead, she underwent the rigorous military training that prepared her physically and mentally for the rigors of warfare. Sent to the frontlines as a pilot for a VMS-15 Union Realdo, Rika performed her duties as a soldier well, despite the fact that she did not really want to fight. After a while, however, she got sick and tired of being a soldier, so she decided instead to run to The Philippines -- a small nation that blossomed technologically over time, allowing them the small luxury of having a standing Mobile Suit army. As she arrived there, Rika hoped that The Philippines' declared neutrality would allow her to live peacefully, away from the warring nations. Unfortunately for her, nothing could be further from the truth.
Managing to make a life for herself in the small nation, she then began to hear news of the Philippines facing immense political pressure from the various HRL nations, especially since the Philippines was once a member of the ASEAN. With the Philippine president firmly remaining steadfast to the nation's vow of Neutrality, Rika's fears would once again come true, as the Philippines would find itself entering into armed conflict against the HRL nations. With no other place to go, Rika could only watch as the Philippines fight a bitter, yet losing battle against the HRL, despite having the luxuries of Advanced technology.
At least, if it weren't for the entry of a group known as Celestial Being, who immediately stepped in with a small army of Gundams. With the aid of Celestial Being, The Philippines managed to drive back the HRL Forces, and thus maintaining their sovereignity. Rika, having seen the terrifying scenes of burning buildings in Manila, the Philippines' capital city, decided that at point that in order to achieve peace, she has to once again bear arms, and enter headlong into the war. However, instead of going back to The Union's armed forces, Rika decided to seek out Celestial Being, feeling that they shared the same goal as her in ending the War. Fortunately for the attractive, green-haired young woman, she was warmly accepted by the group.
Since that time, Rika has trained hard once more in combat, ranging from arms training to piloting a Gundam, which she found was a bit more different than piloting a regular mobile suit. Much like the other Gundam pilots in Celestial Being, Rika attained the status of Gundam Meister due to her skills. On top of that, because of her ferocity and heart in combat, Rika would be known now by her codename: Axel Deka.
Though she seems to be cheery at any given time, in truth, Rika holds a lot of pain and sadness, which resulted from her years of piloting a mobile suit under The Union, in which she saw her fellow soldiers massacre unarmed civilians, as well as the enemy soldiers they were supposed to target. She also hid the pain from seeing many of the citizens in the City of Manila suffer greatly, as their lives and livelihoods fell apart due to the war. Nonetheless, Rika tries to be optimistic even in the darkest of situations, and tries to rally her teammates when they seem to be down in the dumps.

History:Hughes joined the army at the age of 19 after getting out of high school, dispite how he doesn't really like how the world works as of now, most of the time it's all about money and the parliament is filled with scumbags. He hated it all, but it didn't stop him from joing the army just so he can take a ride on a Flag. Hughes had always loved mobile suits and flying and the Flag offered both. What else does he need? Is what he thought when he joined the army. He worked his ass off to show his worth for a year before being assigned to pilot a Flag. With the technician's help, he customize his Flag to perfectly suit him from the heavily modified controls to the custom painted appearance. Although there were cases of him going berserk in a few missions. Most of the time, he agree with what Celestial Beings does but he keep it in secret so that he won't be called a traitor to his own nation.
Aside from being a Flag-fanatic, he's also an anime fanatic and semi-hardcore gamer, most of the things that he does or buy are related to animes beside food and drinks. To sum it up, he's pretty much a nerd to some people because he spend most of the time alone in his dorm gaming or watching animes, although he does go out with friends once in a while, but once in a mobile suit, he's one of the best pilots in his team. He's an easy guy to get along with once you put aside the fact that he's a bit too childish and he might goes berserk when pissed off. He hates alcoholics because of his father's death when an alcoholic drove a car into him. His family was ruined from that point onwards, he blames alcohol for it and he will beat up most drunk people he incounter, although friends are an exception to him. Him going berserk on missions is deeply related to this.

She basically plans all the tactics the Gundam Meisters take part in. Her strategic predictions are almost always very accurate. However, she enjoys drinking, even in the middle of an operation, and is frequently seen with a liquor flask in hand.

Age: 22
Ptolemaios tactical operator. She is a highly-skilled programmer who ran away from her adopted mother before being discovered by Celestial Being. She has a good-natured personality and a deep trust of her comrades. She seems to be green in combat situations.
Feldt Grace
Age: 14
A tactical operator, same as Christina. For some reason or another, she seems to be poor at communicating with others. Feldt is the daughter of Ruido Resonance and Marlene Vlady, who initially worked under Celestial Being as Meisters for the 2nd-generation GNY-series Gundam prototypes before they were killed in an accident. She has a wealth of mechanics-related knowledge and joined Celestial Being in anticipation of being able to utilize it. She is also very fond of Haro.

A UN Ambassador for a Union member nation, Alejandro is secretly an Observer for Celestial Being, but implies that he has limited access to Celestial Being's deeper secrets.
Sergei Smirnov

A Lieutenant Colonel and a MS team commander of the Human Reform League, he was a known veteran in the 4th Solar War in the year 2289 and earned the name "Wild Bear of Russia" . He is a excellent strategist sometimes countering Sumeragi's strategies and creates different kinds of formations for his Mobile Suit Team.

A technical adviser for the MSWΛD and the developer of the SVMS-01 Union Flag as well as the Union Army's intelligence agent.
Patrick Colasour

Patrick Colasour is the AEU forces 'ace pilot', with his reputation gained primarily from combat simulation and not actual combat. He has a brash, hot-blooded personality. Even though he proved himself an ace pilot by keeping an undefeated streak in 2000 simulation battles, he was hopeless in his encounter with Gundam Exia and had his MS Enact dismembered in the fight.Due to his incredibly humiliating defeat he has sworn to avenge himself by someday defeating the Exia in combat.

When Reita was sixteen he would spend his time after school to train in a military program. Reita was never looked upon as someone who would actually complete the training, but throughout his last two years of high school he proved his great strength, reflexes, and skills in combat.
Reita eventually took off, and left Osaka joining one of the top military bases, and he became one of the squad leaders at the base. Keita was happy, but his subordinates thought he was a useless punk, but after a few battles he proved himself, and as a reward he was made his own flag with custom painting. Reita is feared by the other military forces, but he doubts the gundams fear him.
Personality: Reita is very understanding of other's problems and tends to help them out. Reita may look like a person who is dark, but he is very joyful, and has fun fighting in the field, and with his skills he doesn't fear the gundams.
