Mobile Fighter G-Gundam: The Battle Rages on (Rpg thread)

"That would be me." Edith said, stepping closer to Rain.

Perrine sighed as Hibiki ran into the arena without saying a word. /Well, at least Armel will have some help.

"Help!" He yelped, the feeling in his head coming back, but that was it. "What happened to the trace system! I thought the numbness was supposed to go away!" He yelled, hearing someone get on the torso.

Noticing a seductively dressed young woman step forward, Rain began to head on over to the computer and sat down in front of it. "Miss Edith, I will need your help on this one. Right now it's showing that the link between this computer and the Gundam is severed. Gonna try to make another connection so that I can open the cockpit door from here," she told Edith, studying the monitor carefully.

After moments of searching, Hibiki finally found the seam on the Rose Gundam's cockpit door, through which he could hear Armel's panicked cries. Knowing that there was no time to lose, he immediately pulled out a popsicle stick from his back pocket and jammed it into the seam as a marker. Here's hoping Rain succeeds... he sighed, maintaining his position by the Rose's cockpit door.

"Okay. I'll try to see what went wrong with the link, so it won't happed again." She said, going outside the hanger to check the antenna they used to transmit the signal to the gundam. On top of it, Edith saw something sparkle a bit. "What could that be?" she asked no one in particular, before stepping out onto the outer ledge of the hanger.

Perrine stepped back inside the hanger. "May I be of assistance?" She asked, looking at rain. She looked worriedly at the gundam torso outside.

"What happened?! Who's on top of the Gundam?" Armel yelled, scared.

Having given permission to leave the Neo Sweden tent was acceptable, but now having the other two support crew and leave Ken to handle things on his own was too much. With having to complete both his younger brother and crewmate assignments, Ken felt himself feeling exhausted and slump into an empty seat by the table.

“How irresponsible†muttering to himself.

Leaning back into the seat, Ken ran a hand through his hair and let out a heavy sigh. When Ken was going to allow himself to relax as well, he heard someone calling from the outside. He waited the second time around and immediately recognizes the voice. Though not having met the girl directly, Ken heard from a few conversations over the phone that it belonged to Himeko’s friend, Akira. Prying himself away from the table moved towards the entrance of the tent and greeted her.

“If you’re looking for Himeko, then you’re out of luck. She had departed some time ago and hasn’t reported in yet. So did my younger brother and Tracy have taken leave to enjoy themselves apparently†his voice did not sound chipper. “What do you need Tracy forâ€

Upon reaching the Neo Sweden camp, Akira noticed that there was only one person inside: Ken Stark, a handsome young man she saw in pictures mailed to her by Himeko. Taking a moment to catch her breath, Akira approached Ken, who got up from his seat. "I'll catch up with Himeko-chan later. Right now, Master needs help with Gundam Rose. Think you can come along?" Akira told Ken, a sense of urgency in her voice as she pointed to the severed top half of the Gundam Rose.

Rain studied the connections carefully, and immediately learned that key nerve connections have been severed during the fight, which would cause immense pain and numbness to the user. She then heard Perrine ask if she could be of any help. "Well....please help Master Hibiki locate the wires for the door. Key connections have been severed by the Reaper's attack, and I'm gonna have him rig it with a wireless transmitter so I could send a signal for the door to open, as well as for the Trace System to cancel so that Armel can get out of the control suit," Rain commanded, reaching into her blouse and pulling out a signal transmitter, instantly plugging it onto the computer in order for her to send the command signal. "Also, before you leave, tell Hibiki that if my plan fails, I want him to try and force the door open. He has a tool that can probably break through the seams of the cockpit door," she added, her eyes still glued to the screen.

Meanwhile, Hibiki, who was fervently waiting for Rain, suddenly heard a voice coming from the inside. Cupping his hand onto the door, Hibiki yelled into the cockpit. "Just hang in there, Armel. We're gonna get you out!" he told Armel, attempting to reassure the boy trapped inside the cockpit as the tournament's rescue crews began to gather around the severed half of the Gundam.

Sai just looked down at the madness, laughed silently, and him and the gundam crew flew away, to the holding dock, and moved their way to a transporter back to the Colony to make small repairs on the gundam.

((OOC Gatack Striker: I am sorry for not posting the other day. Had not been feeling so well to be posting on any of the threads. Gomen nasaii))

Ken’s eyes followed the direction in which Akira had pointed and frown deeply as the victor left the battle ground instead of helping the trapped fighter. If there’s one thing that Ken disapprove the most was poor sportsmanship even after the match was won. “But of course†he replied sharp to the point, with a slight nod. It wasn’t something surprising that others would think of him being somewhat stuck up and strict to the rules, but was a good friend.
“Let us not waste timeâ€

Perrine nodded, and ran outside, and into the arena. There, she bolted to Hibiki. "Sir, Miss Rain needs you to locate the wires of the door so you can rig it so she can send a signal to let Armel out of the gundam. The wires are over to the right." She said to the man on the gundam.

Armel sighed in relief. He was glad he was going to get helped out.

Upon noticing Perrine rush up to his location to point out where the wires are, Hibiki nodded and hopped down to where Perrine pointed to. It was at that moment Hibiki saw Akira and Ken Stark rush in to help. "Ahh...Akira-chan. I'd like for you to get up there and help Armel get out. I'm gonna rig the wires so your mother could open the door to the Rose Gundam, as well as get him out of the control suit," Hibiki instructed, pulling out from his pocket a sort of transmitter. Witnessing Akira nod and climb up onto the Rose Gundam's arm, Hibiki immediately grabbed the wires, and attached the wires to the cables on his transmitter, holding the transmitter up so that it can receive the signal Rain was sending. "Ma'am, please tell Rain that she can begin sending the signal now," Hibiki told Perrine, giving her a thumbs-up.
