I always wanted to play ZOE, but now I get the chance to play it in HD!...Guess I know what else I'm getting for the PS3.

Sadly, no.
There was a Strat RPG game on the GBA (and if that was included as an unlockable bonus on the collection, I would be amused) but that's the closest there's ever been to a ZoE 3.
Fans have been clamoring for one for years and Koujima has stated that he might do another one if Konami is willing to give him the money for it. Unfortunately, Konami hasn't because despite the people who like it REALLY liking it, the profits from the games haven't justified the cost of making another.
However, the fact they're willing to put out this collection may mean there's still hope as Konami is interested in seeing if there's finally a large enough market to justify giving Koujima the green light on 3.

Actually, Kojima did say he was making a Zone of the Enders 3, but knowing him it'll probably be awhile before it happens.
