I read that Keith said the movie blew him away. Now, I'm bored off my ass tonight and am in the mood for a big Ultra fix (besides Gaia) and I was thinking of watching this movie which I just downloaded and is subbed too!.

Now do I have to watch the series to understand wtf is going on or is this movie sort of a stand alone?.

Which Ultras appear in this aswell?.

Well, u don't have to watch the series before watching the movie. I actually watched the movie first before getting into the series and i still understand what is going on while watching the series ... Both movie and series are unrelated

Ultraman, Ace, Seven, Jack then late into the movie Zoffy and Taro

I am suprised u have not watched the movie yet ....

It's best you watch at least the first two episodes of the series so you can know all the characters (you should watch the whole series as well since it's just that awesome). Other than that, all you need to know is that there's a set of Ultras in the heisei series that were called "brothers" and the rest is explained at the start of the movie. Yep thats the group and I have watched the first 2 Mebius episodes. I reconize the one dude from Den-O's Axe Form debut!.

then it is more than enuf to watch the movie .. just need to knoe a few members as not to get too confused. Others the storyline does not relate much to the series.

This movie rocked my ass.

Seeing the 4 originals brought a tear to my eye, mainly Ultraman. Man, the fact those guys are still alive and did this just makes me feel full of Justice, HJU style.

What an awesome flick.

Aya was Ranru/AbareYellow wasn't she?. She's the very first Asian girl I had a crush on and she looked better than ever in this movie.

The only dissapointment was no Agul. He is the ****.

Other than this, the movie gets a 10/10.
