Is it me, or is this game really cheap at times!

I spent over an hour trying to defeat a group of biotics (sp?) last night. The cheapness came where they would knock my ass down, then just start shooting me and killing me instantly.
Yet when I would try to shoot them, their shields would barely go down and my gun would overheat before I got a chance to kill them or save myself.

Just seemed really cheap. Or maybe I just suck lol

It happens alot, and its one thing I don't like about the game -- the animation in which your character dies makes it look like he's some fucking Picasso painting.

The game does get cheap at times... shots take away a chunk of your health, takes a long ass time to get up after being knocked down, etc. etc. Happens to all of us.

Equip armor with with biotic protection/ Bring Tali and a biotics person like Liara / or just take your time, snipe one or two and get out of the room to recover.

You might need to level up as well. If you're at a place where you cant do any of that well, turn the difficulty all the way down and hope for the best

Those biotic terrorists whupped my ass somethin fierce. Some missions you just gotta do later once you and your team are better powered up.

You fought those guys? :sly: I used my charm to end it peacefully

I rented it from gamefly (kept it for about three weeks), I'm in the middle of my second play through right now :thumbs:

I'm not sure I knew you could charm 'em.

It was one of the first missions I hit up, and I got ferkin' jacked. I'd been itchin' for payback so much that I marched in and blazed 'em all when I had the chance.

Then again... I mean the biotic terrorists that took over that ship... not the small colony.

I can't seem to get my charm score high enough to end things peacefully. Shepard keeps shooting people in the face.

I really want to get it up enough to go convince that guy with his biotic cult to come in quietly. I can charm my way in the door, but not past him.
