Marvel's Civil War Thread: "No. You move."

Yeah, but Cap threw the Punisher out of the Secret Avengers in CW #6 after he shot Plunderer and Goldbug to death. Tony still has a whole supervillian army under him.

Jayce, it was only 3 of the Warriors who died in the Stamford Incident. Some joined Cap's side, Nova is in space, Firestar retired, and Speedball is with the Thunderbolts under the new name of Penance.

this is why I stand with the X-Men in all this, why? because all this will blow over when ANOTHER major event happends in the Marvel Universe that will find the heroes finaly seeing beyond petty "My way is right and nothing else matters" arguments and find a common evil that will unify heroes, insted of seperating them; them deciting not to join was a good idea since I havent heard any drama from the X-Men side of things, other then the usual Soap Opera drama they usual have.

It's quite sad that people are making such a big deal about "who's right and wrong". Does it really matter? in the end, here we are arguing about comics, not as enemies, but as friends. So what if they got a nice 10 point, MLA Formated esay about whats right and whats wrong with everything? we still read the comics, we create the arguments due to the passion, witch means your just as devoted as the next guy. You can have your 10 point arguments, you can have your seinior thesis, you can have video proof, whatever, but come on, we are all fans at the end of it, we should all be happy at least that we pump money and intrest into marvel and not some dumb, overinflated chested, small feet and hands 20 times the size of their heads comic by Ron "I can Draw good!" Leitfeild.

and on that "No. You move." Speach was very empowering to me. I'm in the middle of transition myself and it's was such a cool and very enspiring quote to hear, especialy in this time of transision, from shiting to one ideal to a new one, something I can use to power my arguments more? posibly..

Peter's unmasking happened in CW #2, but here's the full checklist.

Is this in order? or should I use the order thats on the website?

Of course, the hideous problem with Civil War is that the writers aren't always paying attention to each other, and apparently the editors aren't watching either. Which has lead to lots of weird continuity messes that will be argued for year, I'm sure. :)

Yep.

The only real continuetys is how quickly Peter and Cap seem to be able to heal. as for reading order a quick scan of that list seems to be about right, but you can read all the issues of Wolverine right in a row after ready CW #1

rereading this thread, i can see why no one decided to make a civil war talkback thread, the thread would get way too political
