Marvel Anime: X-Men

Marvel Anime: X-Men is a collaboration between MADHOUSE and Marvel to reintroduce them for a Japanese audience. Following the death of a teammate, the X-Men are called together by Charles Xavier to travel to Japan following the abduction of Hisako Ichiki. There, they confront the U-Men, a lunatic cult that steals and transplants mutant organs to further strengthen their own army, and the battle for justice is on.

The U-Men? Great the main villain is going to an annoying piece of pond-scum... Also knew Armor was going to take the spunky, young female slot. Maybe this will actually make me care about her too. But let's just hope this is better than what is currently being passed off as the X-Men, thought considering Ellis's recent history with them I have my doubts.

hmm....well, maybe it won't be awful. For a 30-second trailer I can't really knock it too much. I wonder what they'll do with Cyclops? Last I heard he was still bland and whatnot and remained the only X-man to have not gotten his own solo title....mostly because people don't like him, apparently.

Art style's not bad. I don't get that same sense of '...the heck is going on here?' from this trailer that I did with the Wolverine trailer. But I guess time will tell.

These are just generic and boring to look at, nothing about them save the ankle Xs on Beast and Storm say X-Men. And speaking of Beast why is he wearing a pea coat... Times like this really makes you miss times when people actually cared about superhero costumes.

Wolve's clothes look so baggy...Logan would not wear **** like that..even in the coldest winters. lol
