I don't care about the comics I USED to read. I am fine with any and all changes they make to comic movies. If you want the comics, you have them.

Just came back from it. Crap that was awesome!! I really thought they did a splendid job. At the most tender scenes, I'm not afraid to admit that I choked up a little. Two thumbs way up!

The Harry Potter movies were pretty faithful to the books. The only movie that bugged me was the 3rd movie.

The only time I was really bugged about how much was changed between the book and movie was Dune.

Uh... since when is Spider-Man 2 considered the best super hero movie? It was a soap opera that just happened to have Spider-Man in it. It was vastly inferior to the first movie and it also showed how terrible Dunst was as MJ.

I still think The Dark Knight is by far the best super hero movie to date. Nothing has even come close to touching it.

I'll have to disagree about Spiderman 2 being bad since it actually yet again gave Parker a great relation and conflict to have his professor become a villain and it actually has the feel of a Spider-Man film which 3 lacked. 3 was the worst of the series and the worst film if it wasn't unintentionally hilarious at some parts from a person in the theater making fun of the film. :laugh:

Also, comic books are male soap operas so what's the issue? People die , come back to life for no reason,people survive from improbable circumstances, supernatural **** happens and it goes on forever. Though tbh, soap characters actually do die if they die in real life or are iconic enough that recasting them would tick off the fanbase. And many soaps like GH in the 80s had a Silver Age comic feel like GH, so there.

I agree. Spider-Man 2 had a great cast, story, action, everything about it was amazing.

Spider-Man 3 on the other hand was pure bullshit.

Spider-Man 2 was superbly done. That and X2 were really the pinnacles of superhero movies until Nolan and Iron Man came around. Looking back now, the action and story still holds up incredibly well compared to stuff like the Avengers and whatnot. It was stellar, and I loved how Raimi handled Peter Parker and Doc Ock.

The Amazing Spider-Man I didn't like at all, but I can understand some of it's good points. Hopefully the sequel can compare to Spider-Man 2 however.
