Looking for recommendations for DVD burning software

Can anybody recommend any good simplistic software that I can use to add and burn fansubs onto DVD which I can also play on a DVD player as I have a shitload that I need to burn onto DVD's [I've been going on a downloading spree which includes Cutey Honey the Live and Macross Frontier] and I'm looking for something which would allow me to add a certain amount onto a disc; say the first 18 or so episodes of a series like Kamen Rider Den'Ou then just burn them and play them once burnt...

Anyone here know some good PS2 ISO to PS2 DVD burners? Nero's not good to do this...
