A couple of lesser-known puzzle games on the Switch that I've enjoyed are The Witness and Baba Is You. The Witness has this surreal atmosphere combined with intricate puzzles that require you to think outside the box. It teaches you the mechanics of the puzzles without ever explicitly telling you how to solve them, which is a rewarding experience.
On the other hand, Baba Is You offers a unique twist on puzzle design by allowing you to change the rules of the game itself. The way it encourages you to manipulate the environment and rethink conventional logic is fascinating. It really makes you feel clever when you finally crack a particularly tricky level.
