I just got L4D and am in to it at least somewhat. I do feel a sequel is just too soon right now. What this stinks of is EA. I feel they pressured Valve to do that cuz they like doing annual additions of their best sellers.
Keith only got it a couple of months ago, and I RARELY see him playing it.
Jerk! :shakefist
And I don't think EA pushed Valve to do it, I read an article that said Valve wanted to do a second one as soon as they put out L4D1, to change the game play.
Personally im looking forward to it :3, I got Left4Dead on realease week and the brutual let down of the DLC (over hyped) has got me craving new stuff, so lets just bring it on I will definetly buy this!

That could be the case, but probably not, Valve operates....weird, I mean they still have plenty of unfinished games out there like Team Fortress 2 and Half Life 2. Valve should have just took the TF2 route with L4D and have it be put in ongoing development after its release and update it frequently with new content (although that would mean the console version of L4D would be very lacking). But sometimes when you go with such a strategy your monthly (or whatever) update comes around that accidentally makes the entire game broken for sometime. As is the case with the PC TF2 right now, Scouts and Spys are incredibly broken so there's a bunch of tards on the PC running around spamming all the servers with them.
