I've been interested in this sentai lately so I wanted to know whether I should check it out or not. The only problem is getting encodes. I would buy some DVD's but I'm totally broke right now. Blah~

The closest I can get to it is Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue so I'm currently going through that right now.

I didn't much care for GoGoV. The heroes and villains both bored me, so that's like an automatic F.

Ew. The GoGoV team showed more character in the GoGoV vs. TimeRanger team up than the Lightspeed team did in their entire season.

Lightspeed had Yesterday Again, a great ending and Titainium Ranger`s story arcs.
GoGoV is a good choice for Sentai, one of the last time Red was ever taken seriously as a leader IMO.

There are usually DVD-R sets all over Ebay... none of them are subbed, but the quality is good enough, VHS and TV rips.

i see... does cd japan sell any official releases?

I know they'll probably be more ex, but if i can't get subs then i would rather buy original.
