Kyoryuger vs. Go-Busters confirmed for 1/18/14!

Anyway, Go-Busters Vs Gokaiger wasn't written by Kobayashi. Kento Shimoyama, the script writer of that movie, actually had written for both Gokaiger and Go-Busters before as a secondary writer, which is why the Go-Busters focus and the handling of Gokaiger (they even changed the name of the treasure they were searching for at the end of the tv series) was really strange and unexpected.

Kento was also one of the secondary writers for Goseiger and wrote Goseiger vs Shinkenger which he did a better job on that movie on giving focus for both teams.

I was disappointed when Naruhisa Arakawa or Junko Kōmura couldn't come back to write Gobusters vs Gokaiger (Naruhisa was writing Maoyū Maō Yūsha at the time and Junko was doing Wizard) because the movie had so much potential to be great. Instead of just bringing Basco back for a 5 second cameo, he could have been the main villain along with Enter brought back to life to avenge his death or something.

Now that would be a nice plot for the movie.

So this is the summary for the movie apparently.

I trust this is reliable (though he mistook AbareBlue for TriceraRanger), in that case this movie sounds fantastic.

It does sound like there is a LOT of Go-Busters interaction with each Kyoryuger character, which is what I really want to see in a VS Film. Where it is lacking is in the Go-Busters in the team up fights, but it seems pretty solid for what they've got between the two teams.

Story seems pretty good, better than the standard "pretend to be evil" plot and I like that the Tokkyuger cameo is POST-CREDITS which means it does not interfere with the films pacing!

I wish Go-BusterOh showed up but I guess Kyoryuzin combining with Tategami LiOh isn't bad.

Can't wait.

Good to know the Gobusters get screen time just wish the Spirit Rangers showed up with Dragonranger and AbareKiller.

[HIDE]J is in a forest with Ian and Souji, he compliments that black and green are good colours and sticks flowers/sticks in their hair, saying they are now truly beetles of the forest. When they question who he is, J simply says “Shh! Beetles do not talk”. As enemies arrive and attack, J fends them off while Ian and Souji make a run for it- suddenly, the necklace around J’s neck flashes[/HIDE]
*Starts getting teary eyed*

Well, I hope everyone's glad they've been complaining for months that the Go-Busters might not get any screen time, when in fact they do (AND hypocritically ignoring the way the last Vs Movie sidelined the returning team)

Not sure about the Go-Busters not being sidelined, when seeing that summary; in Shinkenger vs Go-onger, there are also scenes with the Go-onger interacting with the Shinkenger, and Go-Busters vs Gokaiger also share scenes; but if you look at the screenplay, the Go-Busters aren't involved in the most emotional moments of the movie.

You're right, what i heard from another source is that those interactions are very brief (like, three, four lines) and the Go-Busters are indeed sidelined in the major parts of the movie, as the plot and emotional scenes have nothing to do with them.
They're absent from the big fight/roll call too, which i think is a first. Their major moment and fight in the movie is a stepping stone for the Dinosaur crossover. And it seems, Jin gets less screentime than Yukito.
It's essentially a Kyoryuger movie.

Well, brief interactions are better than nothing, but man... At least give Jin some screen time!!!
