Yeah, not much I can add to the above other than to say that the only possible way I see them fighting is if there's a fake Kuuga/Agito involved (which leads into the requsite "realize the truth and unite against common enemy" plotline), or they're training at Camp Riderâ„¢ in Arizona, in which case they would mostly just be punching cacti and kicking tumbleweeds anyway.
