Is there any english-language page on how to edit and work with that? I I was thinking of toyign with Mugen some years back, but my friends have noted that it's choppy and characters tend to be broken (i.e. overpowered to the point that there's no contest. See also: Strike Freedom Beam Dragoon Spam)
