I downloaded everything though how does it work? Like how do I set it up?

created a folder in KfAlpha15, then extract the rar/zip characters in newly created folder. Then open KfAlpha15.exe and load the folder. You also can search/change the folder in the game, "CONFIG" > "Character Directory". Try it.

Well I have it all downloaded though when I click the program to start it well it just doesn't load up.
