I would but I stay away from medicine or pills to help me sleep so that I dont build up a dependency. Its too late to sleep at this point though. Have to be at school in an hour. Oi, going to be a loooong day

I have a lot of experience. The only one thing that helps me to read the book. It got me very sleepy and then finally sleep.

That's good choice to stay away from medicine or pils.
I understand how you feel about that. Two years ago, I had a day that I didn't get to sleep all night and had to go to work, got really tired. Later I had to take a nap for a while.
Insomnia sucks.

You think you got problems?, I got a kitten and she won't sleep and keeps me up all freakin night long for the last week. :shakefist
Because of that I feel asleep on a woman's shoulder by accident on the train and I got slapped.
