Wizard 48:
- You know what would have been interesting? If Fueki was in fact a former or current Foundation X member who went off on this personal project of his, and Section 0 either had dealings with them in a joint venture to stop him, or was opposing them behind the scenes. And that Kizaki had suspected Fueki all along and was investigating him, thus his apprehension toward Haruto.
There's a whole bunch of possibilities for a tightly woven, coherent story, yet this show wastes them. It's like Wizard wants to be some Agito/Ryuki combo, but can't even live up to either of them individually, much less combine ideas from them well.
- Fueki needs to teleport just a few feet?
- I do like the idea of Fueki playing the "Shocker" organization, abducting people to become his members. But it's too bad all this plot stuff has been stuffed at the tail end of this show rather than spread out more.
- Mayu's "eye-widening" doube take at Gremlin is cute.
- Koyomi's death scene looks like something from a fairy tale. Appropriate, I guess?
- Yamamoto is a green Mage... Todoroki was a green Oni.
