I hope we get another police Kamen Rider this season.

It'd be way too soon for some thief Kamen Rider, right after Diend, so police or another detective seem like the best bets, well, besides just some ally of the Sonozaki (Keiichi! well - the kanji don't match, but...did anyone even get the reference?).

However, I don't think any Heisei series has stepped that low. Evil Kamen Riders, outside of movies, only fight for themselves or are the enemy boss, never just random grunts, so I don't think they'd make a Kamen Rider who'd be just a random Sonozaki grunt.
