Plus the memories' voice is the same as the King Rouzer and the henshin is (vaguely) similar to Den-O. At least with the musical sounds for each change.

Now that you mention it Nana, Phillip does have Melfina vibes.

But Melfina is a lot better looking than Phillip.

They had a good thing going in Ryuki with an elemental kick. (Blade, not so much:redface2 Come on Toei, you have good stuff like this and you go with a Bisection kick?! BAH!
