So here's a villian rider for you, Ingram!

Bio: Morgan is ancient, she was born thousands of years ago as an original Fangire, she was amongst one of the first to surface, She was the very first Queen of the Fangires, and her hunger knew no bounds. In ancient times, she terrorized Western Europe the people would often tell stories of her. These stories would later inspire the whole Vampire lore. Eventually, her followers revolted and teamed with a band of monster hunters. These hunters sealed Morgan away in a crypt where she would be trapped for all eternity. Fast foreward to our time, her crypt is accidentally discovered built on top of Zeus’s head quarters. Although her body was gone, Morgan’s soul was still trapped inside.
Eventually, Zeus finds a way to bring Morgan back to the world of the living, by using the body of a current descendent as a vessel to house her soul. It took many years of research, but they manage to revive Morgan, however a spell was placed on her, her Fangire powers were weakened and she was forced to work for Zeus.
In reality, however Morgan was simply too powerful for Zeus’s restraints to work on her. She’s grateful to Zeus for bringing her back amongst the living, and only fights for Zeus because of this. Normally, she is tasked with eliminating any Riders that Zeus comes across, but she is reassigned to keep a close watch on the current Den-O. As one of the original fangire, Morgan’s capable of feeding two ways: the traditional way a fangire feeds (By using those two hovering fangs) or just simply biting one’s neck like a vampire would. Her partner is Shade, of the Dark Kiva race.
She becomes fixated on Shin Tomiko, Kamen Rider Zeronos sensing that he is in fact, the reincarnation of an old lover: A Fangire hunter named Leon.
