Not to mention Decade and the other 9 Rider's were in G. When they say Decade is the 10th Rider they mean he's the 10th Rider to have his own series. Technically the 10th Heisei Rider was like Ouja or something. lol

Since G Den-O is listed, Joker/Joker and Cyclone/Cyclone should also be listed. The Joker there is the one that Shotaro uses in the W movie A-Z. In which he uses the half/lost driver.

Well those are considered their own forms, while Joker is his own Rider and actually has a (fairly small) visual difference from JokerJoker form.

Hey now, I did not make that list. I'm simply referring to the post prior to mine. :anime:

I really don't think that's the case. He's the 10th Heisei Rider because remake Ichigo isn't considered a different Rider and G just isn't counted currently at all. You don't see either of those two counted anywhere officially, but Shin, ZO and J, who were only movie Riders, are considered main Riders, even if they're not included in the count that starts with Kuuga.

If OOO were actually an official 100th Rider, you'd think Toei would have mentioned it somewhere in the promotional material we've seen, not just completely ignored that. Of course, they seemingly haven't even mentioned the 40th anniversary so far...

I think in a article in a recent magazine Uchusen in an interview with Toei they mentioned the 40th Anniversary and how OOO will be part of it or something.
