In the case of OOO, on the side of the belt opposite where the scanner is placed, there's a cylindrical container which stores his core medals.

Speaking of the plot-hole, I would love if Diend suddenly popped out of nowhere when (insert Rider name here) throws something for example Den-o's Rider Pass or OOO's Medals, and throws it right back at them saying "Hey, no more space left! Find some other plot-hole to put your stuff in!" :laugh:
