Press Print Screen or Prnt Scrn on the keyboard. Your screenshot is then copied to the clip board. Open Paint or another image editing program, paste and then save it. You may want to crop it to get what you want.

Many video players have a screenshot button (ie. in VLC it's shift-S).

I use a MAC, so it's command (apple) + shift + 4... It also helps when you are able to expand and crop at the same time... :thumbs:
