OOO is starting to impress me, i didn't like the first 3 episodes but I started to like the combo changes now. I expected OOO will get the extra kamakiri and kuwagata medal from a battle with Uva sometime although i didn't thought it will be that fast. The only thing I don't like is OOO doesn't have any other weapons (only the Medaljalibur) whilst W have their Metal Shaft and Trigger Magnum.

He has mantis swords, tiger claws, and gorilla boxing gloves! How many weapons do you want from him?!

Do they really need to have the same origin for their names? It just shows that Ankh is different from the other Greeeds...

I just find it curious that only he has a non-Japanese name.

Ankh is Egyptain for "key to life". Since he was the one that released the Greeed's in episode 1 I guess Kobayashi was thinking "I'M GONA BEEZ CLEAVER!"

It may also be that Ankh as a concept was developed before the other Greeds, in the toy development stage. The creators may not even have been thinking of them as similar entities who should have the same name scheme.
