I'm pretty sure that if Toei decided to incorporate Kuuga-like bike stunts into KR again, it would cost a hell of alot more money. They'd probably have to take some of the CGI budget or something and use it. Tominaga didn't do the bike stunts in Kuuga, they had specific stunt bikers for them. Not to mention probably alot more bikes, because I'm pretty sure the TryChaser broke down a couple times during shooting.


Kuuga probably had a larger budget because it was the first series in awhile, and thus could probably spend more money on bike stunts.

And some might not be convenient, remember the scene of W's bike floating and all, it was held by the crew, and Seiji was also held by crewmember. And they had to pull at the same time for it to work. I think most bike stunts we can see is him ramming into Yummys, and the one with [HIDE]Uva attacking Eiji while he's riding.[/HIDE]

Some bike scenes are not much of stunts in regards to speed and tricks while going faster now since it's possible to use effects to create the illusion without harming the actors. Double did have some more bike action which I really liked, but it's just more difficult to do things with bikes all the time.
