I don't think Asumu the Musical and Dolphin Watching with Hibiki have anything on Happy Birthday Red Shirt Massacre, Pantsu Rider and Conniving, Sneaky Floaty Arm-Thingy.

Though Happy Birthday Redshirt Massacre would be a great name for a band.

I think that the homages we've been seeing in OOO is mostly because next year is the 40th anniversary of KR.

What homages? The tora symbol?

I'm guessing next year is gonna be Kamen Rider Homage?

If OOO really lasts the entire year, it should be running during the 40 years anniversary. The next series shouldn't be more commemorative than OOO, which so far doesn't seem commemorative at all anyway...

Well I have pointed some vague homages to Kuuga like his belt being the seal to the Greeeds to Kuuga sealing the Grongi, and OOOs bike given by Kougami Foundation to Kuuga's Trychase and Beatchaser given by the police. Again, these are very vague connections I'm making here, and maybe even making connections for the sake of making connections.

Plus, Kogami Foundation = typical Heisei organization. More like ZECT, less like BOARD, not Smart Brain.

i knew that toei does something like this

it seems weird...they did the same thing to their past kamen rider series, then a year later, they didn't care. Remember they did the same with kiva, kabuto and such, but years later they really don't give a you know what, i bet youtube would feely post double in mid 2011 or something.
