Date may seem like an ass with his 1% but he said Ichi'oku, which translates to 100,000,000. So he needs to gather that many medals for Kougami.

For what? Who knows, but probably for Zer000s.

I saw that and I thought that was awesome, plus he looked like a Japanese Tony Stark

It was nice to see this Birth fight with OOOs instead of fighting him after killing the kaijin, unlike most 2nd Riders. Him nabbing all the Cell Medals afterwards was very Diend-like.
