You guys forgot that Leangle could fly with the Float card as well. He had it in Missing Ace.

Knight and Odin could fly. I think same goes for Kiva Flight mode. Decade, for he has every Rider's ability so it's safe to assume he has a card somewhere that enables him to fly. Accel can fly too, if anyone gets what I mean by this. If not ask, but I think spoilers is coming ahead

I always figured this goes back to the popularity of the Missing Ace movie, which featured a "flying Riders" sequence in its climactic battle. It was a loooong time after Skyrider before a Rider ever flew again.

Not to forget that it was actually the Missing Ace movie that introduced giant monsters into Heisei Kamen Rider, not Den-O.

You guys forgot that Leangle could fly with the Float card as well. He had it in Missing Ace.

In fact any of the Riders in Blade can use the Float card. One time Blade himself borrowed it from Chalice to fight Eagle Undead.
