Yes. A hybrid yummy will be coming out in the next episode as shown in the preview (Gamel and Mezool's hybrid yummie).

I remember in the preview for next weeks episode, you could hear Mezool saying "YOU WANT EVERYTHING!!!" probably talking about Kazari.

I also have a question, is Kamen Rider going to take another two week break like they did last year with Double?

I do hope they continue this concept of combining different types of Cores, I mean that's pretty much the core idea of the Multi King, using all the Core Medals.

I'll just write the stuff that hasn't been confirmed, everything else has been confirmed to be true.
Maki want's to use Uva for his new project, which is a third Rider.
Giru is able to make two of the same Yummies, one will always be male and the other one will be female. Giru has some special features that the other Greeeds doesn't.
Mezool and Gamel will somehow come back after Mezool has absorbed Gamel and defeated by OOO.
Ankh will take their Core Medals. However, it seems like Mezool's soul is inside her Medals.
Kazari might cooperate with Kogami's artificial Greeed.

I think I am going to create a blog or something to keep better track of the rumors.

It's interesting that Ankh will take the Core Medals. If this means that he will absorb them instead of putting them in the case, Mezool may use Ankh to return.

The third Rider idea looks like something that will be used toward the end.

Destroying the Core Medals seems reasonable. The Core Medal's make up the Greeed's bodies. I assume that if you put the Core Medals together, they'll be able to come back.

I could have translated it incorrectly. Can't find the original post about the artificial Greeed thing. It could have been about Nobunaga.

Anyways, I created a blog. Nothing on there expect for a introduction. I'll start as soon as the latest batch of rumors shows up. It looks teribble, though.
