What else is new.

It was a bit odd not to hear OOOs called Kamen Rider yet.

Are you new to Heisei Kamen Rider?. We've had some shows where the word Kamen Rider wasn't used all year.

So far only Ryuki, Blade, Kabuto, Decade, & W have used the term Kamen Rider. Kiva only used it to describe IXA, Rey, & Arc's belts.

^ Exactly. He left quite a legacy namely:
+ He returned the crossovers.
+ Started a new Toei Rider movie tradition (Namely, Movie Wars)
+ Started the the new Rider trandition that each Rider should have at least three films.
+ Due to its success, Toei will reuse some concepts from Decade for Goukaiger.

From all the Heisei Riders, along with W, Den-O and Kuuga, will Decade will be really remembered.

How can I forget him? He exists...

No matter what, Decade has left an impact on the Rider Series. Especially since people are still talking about it after it ended, despite the positive/negative critism. Same thing could happen to Gokaigers.
