Akira is so awesome that he created the OOO Driver without sound and because it was used to hearing his voice call out his form names and singing it copied him even 800 years later.

Cause if the Birth Driver works the same way as the OOO Driver it's cheaper to just toss the same tech in both of them. Why did they give the Kivat toy sound effects for the IXA fuestles?
