You're just being picky here. It's the exact same model with the exact same color scheme. If it were the Blade bikes you might have a point as they were all the same base model but with different designs. Not with Den-O however.

For me, that doesn't change a thing. different names and actual differences, no matter how minor, are enough for me to say that they're different, and that won't change because that's the way I am

I'd say the SkullBoiler and Hardboiler is roughly the same, same model only difference is the colour.

As far as what medals come with the Birth Buster goes, the middle one is the Zou cell medal and the right one is the sai cell medal. You can kind of see the trunk and tusks on the Zou one. The left medal's name is too blurry to make out. Also, all credit for this post goes to the legendary underground toy reviewer and owner of all Kamen Rider Figuarts ever, ShukuenShinobi.

Well, that's just what I think, not what I say is fact. still, if you asked Toei or Bandai, I think they'd say they were two different bikes, especially since they were realeased as two different toys, with the ZeroHorn's changed parts being grafted on and thus unremovable
