A very ignorant and n00b question, but...

So...errmmmm...is "Kamen Rider Birth" the "official" name of the 2nd Kamen Rider, or is it subject to change as we go along (like the "Kamen Rider Crisis" being the unofficial name of the 2nd Rider in Decade, before it became "Diend")?

Yes, it's not an official name yet, just a name from a rumor that has been correct so far. So, it might still change before the official reveal.
