It make more sense if octo was the arms but looking at the lady Greeed a whale will be the head and I refuse to believe eels will be the legs.

For some reason I imagine the Tako Core Medal will give Eiji legs like Luna Joker. And I can imagine him having taser-arms since the Unagi Core Medal forms the torso.
