I don't think this rumor even lines up with the gun information that is already confirmed.

Besides, inserting medals in the feet? They wouldn't make a relevant secondary Rider with medal gimmicks that would be utterly pointless to the toyline.

im guessing that the gun will be used like metaljaber for kamen rider ooo for the second rider not for the henshin device, from what i can tell that the henshin devices are probably going to be wrist mounted on both wrists, one for scanner and one for medals, like the belt, accept for wrists,

we havent had a wrist mounted henshin device for a second rider ever, if i recall.

so im glad we are getting a wrist mounted device, if its true, it would be a different touch. although with the legs, i think they will create a leg device similar to faiz, to do the finishing attack. somehow i think they will package the wrist devices and leg devices together and leave the gun separate.

Though, 鴻 means bean goose. You probably confused it with 鳥.
If you really want to translate the kanjis, his name would be "bean goose above". I personally wouldn't try to find something in the characters names. Unless it's the Greeeds.

Uva→Ubau (奪う) To take/snatch away something. Uva's Yummies takes something hosts values.
Kazari→Kazari (飾り) To decorate. Kazari's Yummies are "decorated" onto the hosts and then grows through them.
Mezuru→Mederu (愛でる) To love. Her Yummies grows out of love? The girl loved shopping and caused a bunch of piranha Yummies to grow.
Gameru→Gameru (がめる) Trying to win big in a gamble. Still haven't seen his Yummies, so I don't know.
Ankh→Aku (悪) Evil/Darkness. They are created through darkness? I have no clue at all.
These are just guesses, though they kind of work.
