The filming of OOO's summer movie is planned to start early April.
3 guest stars have been planned. 2 of which are Riders.
The first one is Kamen Rider Clear. *
The actor is a singer for a band, the band was in charge of one of Full Metal Alchemist's ending songs. **
The second one is Kamen Rider End.
The third guest is the Reptile Greeed, which is a female. The actress starred in a Sentai series as a heroine.
Birth will get an upgrade, Reptile combo will also appear.
Clear will work together with Eiji, while End is working together with the Reptile Greeed.

That doesn't look like it's designed to look old enough to be Ankh, but it has his hand.

That really is Ankh's body. That is probably where the two Ankh arms came from.

If we go by Yobuko's rumors, Kougami went to Europe and found Ankh's full body. He extracted Core Medals and a new creature was born. Either the new creature is Left Arm Ankh or that thing. The text from Figure Oh says that Kougami went to Europe.
I guess this means Date will die and become a homunculus.
